Primary objective:

The assigned property is responsible for providing leadership, oversight and integration of all directions developed through the COE Food & Beverage strategy for the Food & Beverage division. In collaboration with the COE of F&B Strategy will execute the strategic direction of both Food & Beverage functions, high volume and gourmet dining outlets, lounges, beverages, catering and banquets, in-room delivery, kitchen, stewarding, and any other food and beverage related areas, As well as collaborating with partner venues. Responsible for the supervision and leadership of all staff, guest service initiatives and employee engagement and ownership of all profits in the F & B department. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

Main Responsibilities and Responsibilities:

Collaborate and execute all Food & Beverage strategic initiatives as determined by the COE of F & B Strategy and ensure sustainability of initiatives.

Oversee the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, guidelines, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for all F & B staff and ensure full compliance.

Increase employee engagement through coaching, training and development.

Continue to improve the guest experience by controlling the quality of food and service for the property.

Use the resources provided by the COE to drive financial success to include sales management, profit management, labor management and cost control.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Six (6) or more years of relevant experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Alcohol Awareness Card-AES.

Food Handler Card-Southern Nevada Health District.

Metro Non-Gaming Card-1-Position required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of all disciplines within the F & B department to include branding strategy, sourcing, warehousing, distribution, cost control and implementation of regulatory standards and compliance across all outlets.

Ability to effectively achieve business unit goals and objectives by implementing strategic and operational plans, budgets and best practices; and monitoring and evaluating results.

Ability to actively influence and collaborate with individuals or groups at various levels within and outside the organization.

Ability to provide leadership and direction to contribute to organizational success by engaging, developing and mentoring individuals and teams.

Excellent organizational skills; Able to work under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail.
