What makes a great senior training consultant, government solution?

A successful candidate will be passionate about identifying needs, optimizing processes, managing technology, developing and delivering solutions, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will enjoy virtual training and occasionally travel to various state client sites to deliver contractual training requirements and engage with our clients and providers. You will bring a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt, change and improve body and voice sequences while delivering training to meet the needs of participants.
In this role, you can expect to support the continuous development of our training strategy, and play a leading role in the ongoing development of our AuthentiCare products and delivery of training programs. It will involve multiple partners across various departments within government solutions. Training programs must meet the needs of each function, align with business goals, and support core product functionality as well as incorporate ongoing product improvements.
Specific responsibilities include:
Develop, coordinate and deliver training across multiple platforms to include virtual and instructor-led classes for providers and clients using AuthentiCare products
Needs assessment, gap analysis and requirements gathering
Contributing to the continuous development of best practice learning principles and practices
Creating and updating training methodology manuals, guides and course materials
Tracking, measuring and analyzing participant feedback collected through assessments, feedback and surveys, incorporating that feedback into continuous improvement of training materials and overall program
Assist in business development by contributing to and reviewing proposal content related to training programs and our continuous improvement process
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Four-year college or university or equivalent Bachelor's degree (BA)
Working understanding of complete system development lifecycle (SDLC) phases
Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using a high degree of initiative and independent judgment
2+ years of experience in training and organizational change management to include curriculum design and facilitation
Specific experience in developing and implementing client awareness training and related materials
Ability to apply concepts, principles and practices related to planning, evaluating and conducting training in an effective and respectful manner
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and assignments.
Ability to translate complex messages and topics into simple, clear communication
Ability to influence/negotiate to build consensus
Ability to embrace change and adapt quickly to new situations and changing desires, direction and priorities from client and internal perspectives
Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
Understanding Medicaid eligibility and enrollment in a public sector or commercial health insurer environment
