Location summary

The Accounting and Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for data entry of weekly payroll records, including but not limited to authorized leave of absence for attendance, overtime, PTO, and airport operations crewmembers. The coordinator also processes all cash management functions required at the station.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Correct entry of salary data as per ABBS (Airport Blue Book Supplement) policy
  • Monitors and maintains crewmember attendance tracking, reliability, daily work schedule, PTO and draft reliability e-guidance as needed
  • tracks, and informs airport operations crewleaders of daily attendance of crew members
  • Performs paid time off (PTO) for day/shift trade reporting and scheduling purposes
  • Coordinates and posts overtime shifts, relief schedules, shift bid schedules, and completes additional reporting as requested by airport operations crew leaders.
  • Serves as point of contact for airport operations crewmembers for weekly payroll issues. click hare
  • Processes all cash management functions listed in the Cash Management Policy (Cash Funds, Drafts, Deposits, Petty Cash, Safe Reconciliation, Vacancies, Reconciliation Vouchers) (station specific)
  • Verifies and codes invoices for processing
  • Coordinates daily ticket sales and prepares necessary bank deposits for all cash payments (station specific).
  • Maintains visa records and reconciliations as required (station specific)
  • Monitors and maintains monthly parking/transit voucher distribution.
  • Reviews expense reports and receipts submitted by airport operations crewmembers
  • Collects all re-booking and non-revenue tickets issued by other airlines for use on JetBlue Airways and responds to email inquiries in a timely fashion

Minimum experience and qualification

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED)
  • One (1) year administrative experience
  • Complete fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge
  • Must work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
